Deceased Estates Administrator

General deceased estate administration, including, but not limited to:
Follow up correspondence with Master, SARS, banks, service providers, heirs;
Collecting/sorting/filing/storing of documentation and information;
Compilation of document packs for submission to Master/SARS;
Preparation and completion of standard forms;
Compilation of FICA/KYC documentation;
Placing of advertisements in newspaper/Government Gazette;
Dealing with client queries/updates to clients;
Arrangements with messenger with regards to execution of instructions;
Assistance with recons on estate accounts;
Opening and closing of bank accounts;
Provide monthly updates/progress reports;
General administrative instructions;
General assistance on other instructions, if required such as: Assistance with Trust administration; publishing of financial statements; general assistance with admin.

**A**pplicants should meet the following Requirements**:
Grade 12 plus tertiary education

General understanding and working knowledge of Word, Excel.
Experience in an office/administrative environment
Experience in deceased estate administration
Experience with the Master of the High Court
