**Position Overview**:
**Specific Role Responsibilities**:

- Process expenses, and loan account transactions on the financial system
- Daily cashflow maintenance and update on IT2net
- Load payments on the bank after obtaining payment approval from management
- Journals preparation of the banks' interest
- Invoicing of the dealers & regional incentives
- Receiving, resolving, preparing, and loading refunds on the bank
- Process bank statement transactions on the financial system
- Prepare bank reconciliations, allocation system reconciliations, and creditors’ balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare the cash flow forecast, load the daily forecast on the cash management system, and report on actual cash movements
- Receiving bordereaux data and importing the data into the financial system
- Import and allocate warranties transactions on the allocation system
- Assist with addressing queries from the insurers, clients, and dealerships
- Preparation of the dealer summary
- Maintain MFT users
- Including other ad-hoc duties

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric with maths
- Finance or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a bookkeeping position
