On-road Technician

**Position Overview**

As an On-Road Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support for network installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. You will be required to travel to client locations, ensuring high-quality service and swift resolution of network-related issues.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment (routers, switches, cabling, etc.) on-site.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with network connectivity, hardware, and software.
- Perform network upgrades and migrations as needed.
- Collaborate with our team to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about technical solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations and service logs.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a network technician, with a focus on on-site support.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with network hardware and software installations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) will be an advantage.
