6 8 years consulting experience, whether this is from a big consulting/auditing firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering transformational change in industry;
- Degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MSC degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience working at a consulting services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company.
- Experience in External/ Internal Audit or both will be an added advantage
- To plan and execute engagements from start to finish, also managing a team/(s) of consultants and senior consultants;
- Project management experience essential in one more of our Digital & Data practices:

- Digital Journey: Digital strategy, innovation optimisation, product management, digital procurement, emergent technologies analysis, digital implémentation. Technologies such as Process Mining, Enterprise Data Management, Robotics Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and Data Governance and Data Analytics
- Technology Advisory: Digital strategy & transformation, IT operating model, Digital, Data and Analytics, IT capability assessment, IT enterprise solutions and architecture, cloud transformation, service management. Technologies such as Cloud solutions, ERP, BRM, CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP.
- Technology Delivery: Technical project management, business analysis, technology sourcing, data services service transition, change management, technology assurance.
- Data & Analytics: Data strategy, data operating model, data modelling, data warehouse/ lakes, big data, ETL, visualisation, analytics, predictive analytics & AI. Technologies such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview, BO/ Cognos.
- A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services;
- An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes;
- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues; and

Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders
