_Opinex Contact Centre_ is a growing company based in Chatsworth, Durban

We are looking for a Team Manager to manage and lead our sales teams in order to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team Assign leads and ensure sales are concluded according to the sales script.
- Contract and document monthly targets with individual sales agents.
- Plan refresher training and coaching for sales agents.
- Populate dashboard for sales department on a daily and weekly basis according to targets set
- Conduct statistical analysis to track performance variances and determine cause of errors and deviations
- Plan and execute monthly incentive campaigns Review all commissions calculations before submission for approval
- Participate in the recruitment and training of sales agents supervising and monitoring call centre sales agents in a specific team/ specific area Daily management of sales agents’ time and attendance.
- Develop a high-performance team by embedding a formal performance development and informal coaching.
- Encourage knowledge sharing between team members.
- Review and manage leave plans to maintain optimal capacity and maximize productivity.
- Ensure leave is captured through relevant system
- Implement necessary company disciplinary process to address employee misconduct.
- Coach and mentor team members daily on how to improve their own productivity and how to use the departments systems and follow set procedures.
- Audit live and recorded sales concluded by the sales agents.
- Recommend changes on sales scripts to increase productivity and adherence to regulation requirements.
- Address all regulatory gaps identified by Customer experience in the Call Centre within the required timeframe.
- Implement control and risk management processes to ensure compliance

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Call Centre environment.
- 2-3 years of Debt Review Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited time frames
- Grade 12

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R8,500.00 per month
