**Technical Lead - National Cash Management Solution (Financial Services)**

**Location: Pretoria, Gauteng**

**A leading** **financial services** institution in Pretoria has a brilliant opportunity available for a skilled **National Cash Management Solution - Technical Lead.**

**Position Overview**:
The main purpose of this position is to **provide technical support leadership to the National Cash Management Solution (NCMS) in terms of system availability, solution provision and the implementation of enhancements.**

**Key Performance Areas**:

- _Analyse information and _**_provide reports on incidents, problems, and production releases._**:

- _Develop and maintain procedures for maintenance, _**_Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Information Technology Service Continuity Management (ITSCM)._**:

- _Manage the _**_resolution of incidents_**_ in accordance with agreed service standards._
- _Drive the deployment of _**_NCMS-related solutions and technologies_**_._
- _Manage the _**_Service Level Agreements_**_ (SLAs) with suppliers._
- _Ensure adherence to _**_change control and release management processes_**_._
- _Lead and perform _**_BCP, ITSCM and system maintenance exercises._**:

- _Facilitate periodic _**_vulnerability scanning and implement the necessary resolutions_**_._
- _Manage _**_stakeholder relationships_**_._

**Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- A **completed Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).**:

- **At least 5 to 8 years’ experience** in an **ICT Application Support environment**, with **at least 3 years** in a **Supervisory role.**:

- **Knowledge and skill in**:Application Support and Maintenance**, **Quality** **assurance**, **IT Governance**, and **Continuous Improvement**.
