**JOB PURPOSE**

Manage inventory of token-of-value products, ensuring that supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. The Inventory Replenishment Analyst will work closely with the Stock and Recon Manager to optimise stock levels, reduce costs, and improve overall inventory management processes.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Inventory Control**
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and adjustments to ensure inventory accuracy

**Stock Replenishment**
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the Inventory Manager to determine optimal reorder points, replenish stock, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations

**Supplier Communication**
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate favorable terms to optimize inventory costs

**Data Analysis**
- Analyze inventory data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and demand forecasting accuracy

**Quality Control**
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure that products meet quality

**Reporting**
- Prepare regular inventory reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators, stock levels, and any potential issues or opportunities

**Process Improvement**
- Continuously seek ways to enhance inventory management processes, streamline workflows, and reduce operational costs while maintaining product quality

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, and Product to ensure seamless inventory operations and support business growth
- Retail Planning, forecasting supply and demand

**EDUCATION**
- Matric
- Diploma in a Supply Chain & Logistics or related field

**EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience in inventory management or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain principles is a plus
- Three (3) years retail supply chain experience
