**Job Specification**

Reporting to the Senior Manager Space Planning, the incumbent would be responsible for relaying retail stores based on the plans provided by the Space Planning Department, ensuring that merchandising strategies are effectively implemented. This includes the implementation of planograms, and floor plans, and adjusting store layouts if required to improve product visibility and sales performance. The Merchandiser provides feedback on implementing floor plans and planograms, suggesting solutions where necessary.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Grade 12
- 2 years related experience
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle

**Key performance indicators**

**Growth**
- Fixture utilization efficiency by the usage of allocated fixtures and fittings, reducing unnecessary procurement or surplus equipment as well as improved turnaround time for store relays within the agreed timeframes

**Optimisation**
- Adherence to published planograms and floor plans across all stores visited
- Provide actionable feedback to the Space Planning Department during and after store visits
- Provide store team training and merchandising support

**Leveraging Culture & Diversity**
- Maintain internal & external stakeholder relations

**Digital Transformation**
- Implement continuous system and/or process improvements
- Enhance operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and strengthen competitiveness
