**Purpose and Relevance for the organization**:

- Your task as Director Demand Planning FPS EM, is to lead the Demand Planning workstream during the implementation of FPS (Future Planning Solutions) in Emerging Markets. With FPS being new to EM, this requires; significant change management, solid understanding and strategic thinking, to ensure an effective roll out. As the project lead for the Demand planning FPS, it is critical to challenge the status quo, clarify future roles and responsibilities, and educate key stakeholders.- With the pilot in SA, the EM DP workstream lead will be play a major role during the implementation of FPS. Over the coming months, to deliver success, it will be important to play a strong role during the business assessment. Understand the current and future E2E process and DP R&R, align on gaps and change management, develop solutions with functions for the future process, and determine the most viable and optimal needs for SA demand planning. Ensure training and user testing is done, and the team is ready for a successful go-live.- As the project evolves to the other clusters, leverage your expertise and experience to understand the differences, implications and needs for each cluster. With the global team and other workstreams, agree the future way of working for the function. Consider the EM organisation to determine how the DP FPS function could strategically be set up in future, and provide the proposal for the most efficient and effective demand planning organisation. With FPS, travel within EM would be expected during critical project phases.- With all clusters eventually going live on FPS, keep the EM overall objective in mind, to leverage future standardization and reporting, and evolving in an EM consolidated demand plan. Drive the continuous improvement mindset, looking for efficiencies as the organization matures.**Responsibilities**:

- FPS EM DP workstream lead, representing clusters and HUB during the implementation to go-live.
- Working with global and local stakeholders, actively participate in the assessment and gap analysis, to understand the future set up in clusters and HUB.
- Leverage your expertise to determine the future process, understanding the E2E.
- Determine existing roles and responsibilities, and the to be, to assess where certain responsibilities could be re-purposed. Challenge to find solutions and align on the most efficient planning process. Understand skill gaps and future needs.
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on Demand planning FPS, ensuring full understanding of process.
- With global and regional input and support, drive change management by ensuring all stakeholders are aware project status and future changes.
- Determine and propose future demand planning org. needs, considering existing processes and resources, and strategic role and set up of demand planning FPS.
- With the head of EM DP, implement the Demand Planning strategy across clusters.

**Educational Background/Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in demand planning
- 5 years of managing a team
