**Location**: Goodwood & Blouberg, Cape Town
**Type**: Full-time | 12-Month Contract (Renewable)
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00
**Probation**: 3 months

With branches in Goodwood and Blouberg, the practice offers a professional and compassionate environment that supports both clients and the clinical team.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
- Maintain client records in compliance with HPCSA and POPIA standards.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Liaise with the psychologist and ensure efficient client flow between sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12) required; relevant diploma or certificate in Office Administration or Medical Reception is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a healthcare or psychology practice setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanour, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

**Remuneration**:
Competitive salary based on experience.
