**Job Advert Summary**:
Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of Academic Administrator at our Mbombela campus on a fixed term basis.

**Type of Position**:

- Fixed Term Contract

**The Position**:
To support all the academic administration functions (including assessment administration, recordkeeping of student data, enrolment functions, etc.) at the Mbombela campus.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Minimum qualification**:

- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification will be preferable.

**Experience**:
At least one years’ administrative experience, preferably in Assessment Administration, in the higher education environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:
As the Academic Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for the following:

- Provide assessment administration service (Information Systems Administrator only on request)
- Student query handling and resolution
- Assist with administration of enrolment process
- Assist with administration of graduation
- Contributes to Atrisk tracking process
- Extended studies contract (Information Systems Certificates only)
