**Key Responsibilities**
- Form part of a formidable Engineering Team dedicated to providing affordable, sustainable, and efficient energy solutions to clients in Gauteng
- Lead a team of 5-6 people doing commercial solar installations
- As supervisor, take lead of projects on site with a team doing AC and DC installations, mounting inverters, panels, mounting structure, cables, DB's etc.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English meet with and present to clients
- Solution finding with a focus on client service excellence and professional relationship building
- Expectations: Learn the companies standards within 3 months. Be able to take lead and show understanding of sites within 6 months. Run a full site within 12 months.

**Requirements**:
Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering essential

3-5+ years electrical installation on site experience essential

Previous experience as site supervisor in similar role highly recommended

Experience in the solar industry will be a huge advantage, especially commercial installations.

Individuals must have a valid drivers license, travel to site

Must be medically fit and prepared to work on site

Clear criminal record, sober habits, self-discipline

MUST be proficient in Afrikaans and English excellent communication skills (read and write)

Presentable and sound interpersonal skills needed to meet and communicate with clients effectively

**Package & Remuneration**
R20,000 R30,000 p/m negotiable depending on qualifications and experience

Company vehicle for business use
