- Gathering and analysing data on customers, competitors, and market conditions
- Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions
- Presenting technical reports based on the collection, analysis and interpretation of data
- Contributing to important business decisions by constructing significant research questions
- Develop market segmentation, competitive analysis, market intelligence, prospecting strategies
- Devise and design qualitative and quantitative custom market research projects
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities for product expansion
- Proactively share and present market research reports and data analysis throughout the organization
- Maintain an understanding of the business strategy, and the strategy/business plan of focus areas
- Undertake competitor analysis to identify point of differentiation, opportunities and challenges
- Presentation of quarterly global market update to management
- Uses advanced data analysis and tools to ensure analytics are valid, meaningful, and provide actionable and comprehensive insights
- Assisting with tender support when required

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Com Degree
- 4-6 years’ experience
- Proficiency in software platforms
- Minimum 4 years' experience of working with technology research and analysis which includes cloud, software, security, IT Services etc.
- Expertise in using spread sheets (Excel sheets) for Data Analysis and statistical analysis.
- Excellent presentations skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced MS Office Skills
