The Intercare Corporate Services, seeks to recruit a Junior Maintenance Officer for its Hospitals and Practices in the Gauteng area.

The purpose of the position is to deliver uncompromising quality customer service to internal and external customers by performing general building maintenance repairs and preservations and coordinating special projects pertaining to maintenance, therefore contributing look and feel of the Intercare branches.

**CRITICAL OUTPUTS**
- Perform a wide range of painting tasks at hospitals, medical centers, and dental facilities in Gauteng.
- Complete general maintenance requests as assigned, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects as directed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and all relevant regulations.
- Serve as a driver when required and supervise contractors on an ad hoc basis as needed. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- **REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12.
- Driver’s license
- Own transport.
- Availability for standby duty on weekends and public holidays.
