Business development and origination Investment Banker to join Absa CIB. Innovative, numerate and bright individuals needed to build out a Fintech business development initiative
**Job Description**:
- _ Joining this team is for innovative, fintech oriented, bright individuals who are keen to develop their exsting investment banking skill set by working with directors and managing directors in building and rolling out a fintech focused sector team within greater investment banking._
- _ This will entail developing and closing equity fund raising and mergers and acquisition mandates._
- _ Role requires team players who are keen to travel, who don't like hierarchies and who are prepared to back themselves to win._
- _ Financial honors/CA/CFA/MBA with min 3 years Investment Banking Corporate Finance experience including demonstrable fintech experience._
- _ Successful incumbent must have superior financial modelling skills, sound business acumen and passion for corporate finance and capital markets._
Education
Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
