- Reporting to the Commercial Manager- Job Specification (not totally inclusive):
- Annual Parts Contract re-pricing and quarterly Rate of Exchange adjustments;- Annual re-pricing of the standard parts list price;- Responsible for achieving correct selling margins;- Attend regular parts contract negotiations with customers;- Use sales trends to recommend pricing policy adjustments to management;- Ensure that all proposed contracts comply with company contract policy;- Ensure that pricing contracts are valid and adhered to, where applicable;- Ensure that the approval route for any changes in pricing of spares is sound, and involves the minimum authorizations that are appropriate; and- Ensure that proposals are produced to a high professional standard and aid the business in promoting sales-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum Skills required:
- Degree in related field, plus 5 years of related experience is essential;- Must have high level of numeracy and analysis (also able to manipulate spreadsheets);- Comprehensive understanding of profit/loss and pricing metrics;- Knowledge of SAP/R3 module is essential;- Computer literate in MS office suit (Advanced Excel); and- Valid driver’s license and own transport.- Behavioural Competencies required:
- Must have a positive approach to problem solving, decision making and dealing with a wide range of people including senior stakeholders;- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships; and- Must demonstrate high end analytical and numeric skills.**What Qualification**
