**Role**:

- Updating of website inventory.
- Indexing of product images.
- Management of categories and filtering on website.
- Creation & uploading of product to website.
- Acceptance and Filing of marketing-related invoices and documents.
- Customer communication documentation.
- Creation and management of Google MyBusiness and similar programs.
- Assisting marketing team with photography and similar tasks.
- Tracking and Feedback of related information.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education in PR, Data Capturing, Business Management or related field.
- OR experience in the above fields.
- Great organisational skills.
- Experience with digital software.
- Good at data interpretation and providing feedback to management.
- Great communication skills and excellent in formal business language writing.
