Our client in
**Emalahleni (Witbank)** is looking for a Junior Site Supervisor to join their team. Salary offered: R13 000.

**Requirements**:

- Competent A
- HIRA Certificate
- Grade 12 National Certificate
- Valid driver’s license

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year in coal mining experience in a supervisor role.
- Experience in coal mining industry is essential Compiling production reports.
- Knowledge of Platinum Mine Operations, Policies and Procedures.
- Strong background in Production and meeting targets.
- Knowledge on Plant and Equipment used in the operation.
- Strong management skills of employees.

**Responsibility for***:

- Provide on the job training, coaching on training days.
- Availability of Equipment and Accurate Planning of Shift.
- Planned Task observations as per the Schedule.
- Coaching of employees.
- Engagement of employees.
- Good housekeeping practice as per company standards.
- Complete all relevant inspections and reports.
- Report all Equipment Hours daily including faults and problems.
- Supporting the mine in delivering on safe production.
- Ensuring that the various sets of legal requirements and engineering principles are met with in the operational environment.
- (SHE) - Ensure best in class safety performance and continuous improvement of Safe Production.
- Support departments to achieve set targets by coordinating planning within appointed area of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with all maintenance standards operating procedures (SOP).
- Ensuring Operators do not commence with any task if the required safety criteria are not met.
- Encourage ALL Operators to Report all accidents/incidents and safety deviations.
