As a **Warehouse Manager, **you will increase operational efficiency and reduce costs while boosting customer satisfaction.

**ROLE SPANS**:
Managing warehouse and staff

Liaising with internal sales department over collections and deliveries

Monitoring the day to day receiving and dispatching

Stock control and inventory

Managing the flow of stock between warehouse and floor

Ensuring the delivery vehicle is operational and in good roadworthy conditions at all times

Ensuring all vehicles are loaded and ready to make deliveries on time

- Shows strong leadership and constant improvement of warehouse operations
- Has brilliant communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to ongoing change
- Understands present operational procedures and future technological trends
- Implements a strategic warehouse operations plan that defines warehouse objectives and procedures, KPIs, workflows, and policies
- Holds themselves to high standards and is committed to excellence on a daily basis
- Takes ownership and seeks out feedback as an opportunity for growth
- Is self-motivated and regards errors as a learning opportunity to rethink and innovate
- Is an innovative and resourceful problem solver who can identify areas of improvement
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and is confident and willing to jump in and help out for the good of the team

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management

Or relevant qualification in the field of Warehouse/Logistics Management

Minimum of 5 years experience in a warehouse environment

Previous management experience is essential

Must have a keen understanding of training, scheduling, safety measures and forthcoming technologies
