**Risk and IR Assistant**

**Company**

One is the largest, independently owned supplier of semi-finished thermoplastic materials company in South Africa. The company offers the most comprehensive range of Engineering and Industrial plastics, machined components, signage, and glazing materials. The company is currently based in Pretoria East but moving to Kempton park.

**Responsibilities**:

- Compiling counselling forms, charge sheets, notifications and outcome documentation
- Setup of IR sessions
- Minute taking of proceedings
- Investigating cases and providing documentation
- Compiling IR packs
- Filing and scanning of all documentation
- Assist with Poor Performance Sessions
- IR Proceedings:

- Assist with delivery of IR documentation
- Assist with Counselling sessions
- Assist with IR Hearings
- Handle OHS administration and arrange relevant training
- Ensure branch security is up to date and attended to
- General assistance to management on electronic system related issues
- Liaison with service providers
- General office management

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years IR experience, with Labour Laws knowledge
- Experience in basic investigations
- Good absenteeism and disciplinary record experience
- Strong administrative skills, analytical minded, attention to detail, team player
- Relevant Labour Law qualification essential

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kempton Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- Industrial Relations: 1 year (required)
- Good absenteeism and disciplinary record: 1 year (required)
