Global Water Solutions’ Africa subsidiary of Global Water Solutions Ltd., has a vacancy for a Customer Experience Representative.

**Your Responsibilities would be**:

- Communicating with customers, vendors, freight forwarders and colleagues around the world daily.
- Processing inquiries and orders, ranging from entering orders in our ERP system (NetSuite) to the successful delivery of our high-quality products.
- Working together with our vendors to ensure a smooth processing of the orders from our customers.
- Working closely with our sales managers to provide the best service to our customer by understanding their needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Becoming the first point of contact for our customers. Being able to answer any question or forward them to the responsible person within our organization.
- Making outbound calls to key customers and following up on pending orders
- Assisting other regions where needed

**Your profile**:

- 2 years minimum of experience in customer service, export/import, sales support, purchase assistance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English. German is considered an asset.
- Experience in working with an ERP software
- Able to work precisely with strong organizational skills.
- Customer
- orientated and the ability to resolve day-to-day challenges.
- Able multi-task and think proactively.
- Self-motivated, flexible, willingness to work both - in a team and individually.
- Live close enough to our office to commute without issues.
