**Job Description: Welder - Structural & Rust Repair Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform structural welding repairs on vehicle frames, body panels, and other metal structures.
- Conduct rust removal, repair, and replacement of corroded sections.
- Replate and fabricate metal parts to restore integrity and appearance.
- Carry out professional dent removal, ensuring smooth and original surface finish.
- Utilize MIG and TIG welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other technicians and restoration specialists as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
- Strong understanding of structural integrity, metal repair techniques, and dent removal.
- Ability to work with various metals including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Experience with rust repair, dent removal, and metal fabrication.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
