Site Agent required.

Looking for a site agent to join an exciting and fast-growing company.

Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to.

Managing clients and running day to day operations.

Recruiting new employees.

Managing and maintaining a pool of employees.

Onboarding new employees according to client specifications.

Managing any HR or IR related issues.

Manage all IOD’s and prepare all documents for submission to COIDA.

Capturing and processing timesheets for employees.

Maintaining a filing system of all employee documentation.

Minimum requirements:
Must have 2 years’ experience working in a Labour broking environment.

Must have previous experience managing staff.

Good Understanding of Labour Laws.

Previous experience recruiting new employees.

Previous experience onboarding a new employee.

Strong administration skills.

Must be organized.

Must be able to work well under pressure.

Must be able to take on more than one task at a time.

Own vehicle is a requirement as this position will entail travelling.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bellville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
