**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile **Sales Associate** to join our team—someone who brings creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion and people. This hybrid role combines in-store styling and sales with content creation and quality assurance. **Key Responsibilities1. Visual Merchandising & Styling**
- Lead the day-to-day visual merchandising of the store, ensuring displays are fresh, on-brand, and seasonally appropriate.
- Style mannequins, feature tables, and window displays to inspire walk-in clients.
- Work closely with the creative team to align visual standards with campaign direction and product storytelling.
- Re-merchandise based on sales patterns, new stock arrivals, or brand promos.

**2. Sales & Customer Engagement**
- Offer friendly, informative, and style-savvy service to every customer.
- Build strong relationships with shoppers and provide tailored outfit recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining brand integrity in every interaction.
- Process POS transactions and assist with store upkeep.

**3. Quality Control & Product Presentation**
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished garments and accessories before display or sale.
- Flag any faults, inconsistencies, or damage for repair or return.
- Ensure stock is steamed, tagged, and presented to standard on the floor.

**4. Content Creation**
- Assist in developing engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and newsletters.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, customer interactions (with consent), and new arrivals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate short-form videos, styling tips, and seasonal posts.
- Occasionally model or style looks for social content.

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience in retail, merchandising, or fashion styling preferred
- Strong visual sensibility and attention to aesthetic detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with content creation (basic photography or social media tools is a plus)
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a team setting
- Passion for fashion, quality craftsmanship, and storytelling

**Bonus Skills**
- Knowledge of Canva, Instagram Reels, or other editing platforms
- Experience with stock management or POS systems
- Previous involvement in events, pop-ups, or brand activations

Pay: R8 000,00 - R17 000,00 per month
