- Demand planning and setting minimum / maximum stock levels for the factory
- To oversee the manufacturing process within the branch and to ensure that production runs without problemsand minimum downtime
- Ensuring that the factory machinery is in good working order
- Regularly inspecting finished product to determine whether they meet establised quality standards
- Anlyse budgets and continuously control production costs
- Ensure that the ordering of raw material and other items are done timeously and within budget
- Ensure the business functions and processes run smootly and report all matters to Head Office
- Actively engage with customers and keeping everyone up to date with lead times and order processing**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar Senior Management experience
- Knowledge of MS Office and Pastel
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Labour relation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Code 08 drivers licence and own vehicle
- Above average customer service skills
- The ability to multitask with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
