We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing campaigns across all channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

**Job Outputs**:
Coordinate and facilitate campaigns with industry experts and agencies
Plan and execute events
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Analyse digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
Conduct Social Media audits to ensure best practices are being used
Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns
Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
Create and maintain online listings

**Competencies**:
Knowledge of video and picture editing software like Adobe
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Incredible attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Knowledge of content management systems
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Matric
Diploma/Degree in Marketing
Desire to continuous learning a must

5+ years’ experience in all aspects of training
Experience in executing paid social media campaigns
Full understanding of all Social Media platforms
Experience in designing (Graphic Designing, Web Designing etc.)
Internet and Web Management experience (including SEO.)
Must have experience in Social Networking (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google Adwords etc.)
