**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Financial manager in the costing of projects.
- Adhere to project budgeting lines.
- Maintain management records of budget, expenditure, forecast, and cash flow.
- Verify expenditure documents for approval by Ops and Financial manager.
- Oversee invoicing from Suppliers.
- Implement a 4-week forecast with the team.
- Ensure processes are followed.
- Work closely with the head office to ensure accurate data is provided to the team.
- Ensure prompt payments to clients enabling.
- Regular project cost reports and forecasts to be generated for management including assistance with forecast-final-cost and cash flow requirements.
- Uploading of invoices on Zoho no need to have previous experience on Zoho.
- Maintain project integrity of costs and ensure alignment thereof to budget on Zoho one projects.
- Comparison of actuals vs Budget.
