**Roles Available**:

- **Senior / Career Advisor**:

- Earns R 80, 000.00+ commission per month - of which is
- 30 - 50% recurring commissions (policies and investments already on the books)
- 50 - 70% new business commissions (new clients)
- **Junior / Vested Adviser**:

- Earns R 50, 000.00+ commission per month - of which is
- 20 - 40% recurring commissions
- 60 - 80% new business commissions (new clients)
- **Junior / Partially Vested Adviser**:

- RE qualified
- Earns R 30, 000.00+ commission per month - of which is
- 10 - 20% recurring commissions
- 80 - 90% new business commissions (new clients)

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and meet potential clients to analyze their financial needs.
- Design personalized strategies and recommend solutions to help clients meet their financial objectives.
- Conduct risk analysis and respond to clients' changing needs and circumstances.
- Provide expert financial advice, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax planning.
- Offer investment opportunities across a broad spectrum of regulated products.
- Monitor financial market trends to ensure effective planning and identify necessary updates.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and financial planning certifications preferred.
- **2+ years of industry experience** in sales, finance, financial planning, or wealth management.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and sales skills.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Established network of clients and ability to prospect for new business.
