Key Responsibilities:Banqueting Coordination

- Plan and coordinate all banquet and event activities, from initial inquiry to execution.
- Liaise with guests to understand their requirements and ensure personalized service.
- Collaborate with the culinary, F&B, and operations teams to execute flawless events.
- Manage event logistics, including setups, timelines, and guest preferences.
- Ensure all events meet the lodge's high service and quality standards.

Reservations Management

- Manage all lodge reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes.
- Respond to inquiries and communicate with guests professionally and promptly.
- Maintain an up-to-date reservation system and manage availability.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle special requests, cancellations, and adjustments to reservations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in reservation and property management systems (e.g., Opera, Protel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of banqueting and event logistics is essential.
