KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain electrical BIM models using Revit MEP Electrical. Prepare electrical layouts and documentation covering lighting, small power, HV/LV systems and cable containment. Produce drawings for generators, UPS systems, earthing, lightning protection and fire detection. Support multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection. Create and maintain Revit families, schedules, sheets and project templates. Manage drawing revisions and prepare as-built documentation. REQUIREMENTS Relevant electrical engineering or draughting qualification. At least 3 years relevant electrical BIM/draughting experience, ideally 35 years or more. Strong practical proficiency in Revit MEP Electrical and AutoCAD. Experience in electrical building-services modelling and documentation. Understanding of BIM coordination, families, templates and drawing standards. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
