Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned to business objectives.
- Drive architecture improvements and migration towards microservices and cloud-native solutions.
- Design, build, and integrate scalable applications and services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, testers, and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Review and enhance coding standards, development practices, and software quality.
- Evaluate and validate business requirements before development.
- Act as a technical representative in stakeholder engagements.
- Mentor developers and contribute to the growth of the broader technology team. Requirements
- BCom, BSc, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- Expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong technical experience with:
- C# .
NET / .
NET Core
- ASP.
NET MVC & Web Forms
- SQL Server
- Angular and modern JavaScript frameworks
- REST APIs and service integration
- Azure Cloud / PaaS solutions
- CI/CD pipelines
- Docker & Kubernetes
- HTML5 Ideal Candidate
- Strong architectural and solution design skills.
