- Trade Tested Boilermaker
- 4-5 + Years Post Trade Experience within a Manufacturing Industry
- Own Transport & Valid Drivers License
- Must live in surrounding areas
- Good attituded, honest, reliable and punctual

Responsibilities:

Fabrication and Assembly:

- Constructing, assembling, and installing
- Working with large metal components, often using welding, cutting, bending, and rolling equipment.

Maintenance and Repairs:

- Inspecting boilers for leaks, defects, and weaknesses.
- Performing preventive maintenance on pressure vessels and other equipment.
- Repairing or replacing parts to maintain safety and efficiency.

Welding and Metalwork:

- Using welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding) to join metal parts.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings to fabricate parts.
- Shaping and preparing metals like steel or aluminium for construction.

Safety and Compliance:

- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations related to pressure vessels.
- Performing tests like hydrostatic pressure testing to verify the integrity of systems.
- Maintaining records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

Collaboration:

- Working with engineers, plant operators, and other tradespeople to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
- Planning and coordinating tasks with supervisors and production teams to meet deadlines.
