Job Responsibilities:

Suppliers:

- Communication and maintain good relationships with the suppliers that provide goods and services to the organization.
- Coordinate subcontracted Logistics service providers to ensure stock is collected and delivered on time

Collections and deliveries:

- Organizing and coordinating collections and deliveries to and from Suppliers
- Coordinate supplier returns nonconforming stock
- Always provide up to date information to the Stores Team regarding expected collections and deliveries

Call-offs:

- Submit call-offs to all suppliers on a scheduled routine through to ensure Stores required stock levels are maintained.
- Submit Emergency call-offs
- Escalating call-off queries to Purchasing

Job Requirements:

- Grade 12 (Critical)
- Expeditor (advantage)
- 3 years stores experience
- 2 years Automotive manufacturing environment
- Supplier relationship experience
