Electrician - Mining

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join their mining operation in the Eastern Cape. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, contributing to the efficiency and safety of mining operations.

Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and machinery used in mining operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members on projects to enhance system functionality
- Assist with the upgrading of electrical systems and equipment
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately

Requirements

- Grade 12
- Electrical Trade Test Certificate
- N3 Certificate in Electrical Engineering
- 5 years' experience as an Electrician (POST APPRENTICE)
- Must have experience in cement industry.
- Valid Drivers' License.
