Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and guests.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry etc.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a highly administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
