Ventilation Officer

- Coordinating and prioritizing ventilations and occupational hygiene service delivery
- Implementing and maintaining ventilation and occupational hygiene monitoring program.
- Conducting risk assessments and hazard identifications, identifying potential hazardous materials and installations, and investigating serious problems encountered
- Ensuring that all working conditions are regulatory audited

- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 qualifications with Maths and Science
- Intermediate Certificate in Mine Environmental Control (COM).
- The applicant should be a member of Mine Ventilation Society of South Africa.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Ventilation and Occupation Hygiene practices.
- Valid certificate of physical fitness for underground work.
- Ability to communicate with people on different levels.
- Computer literacy. (Excel, Word)
- Report writing and presentation skills.
