This role is ideal for a strategic digital marketer with expertise in LinkedIn advertising, lead generation, and funnel development. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing principles, buyer journeys, and B2B strategies, with a focus on performance optimization and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- LinkedIn Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Audience Targeting: Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to ensure precise targeting for LinkedIn campaigns.
- Funnel Development: Design and implement effective sales funnels to guide prospects through the buyer journey.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze data, and implement improvements based on insights.
- A/B Testing: Develop and test different ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and the sales team to produce compelling ads that drive results.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with LinkedIn Ads platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 3+ years managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns with a strong focus on B2B marketing, funnels, and persuasive techniques.
- Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing principles, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM integration.
B2B Marketing Expertise: Prior B2B experience is preferred, with knowledge of account-based marketing strategies.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

You will work closely with content teams, designers, and sales teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals. Monitoring ad spend, optimizing conversions, and ensuring that funnels are working effectively will be key parts of your role.
