About the team

IMA's Experience Retail Creative team are a group of experts, re-thinking retail by creating meaningful and memorable brand experiences in both the digital and physical world.

Summary of the role

To work within the creative team to create design solutions for our full range of clients. To research and visualize concepts, develop strategic consumer experiences, and create content while translating ideas internally to clients.

Some responsibilities of the Senior Designer role will include:

1. Working with the wider studio team to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
2. Interpreting and developing client briefs alongside the CDs & Design Directors and Client Services team.
3. Mentoring and encouraging more junior members of the team, being a go-to for advice and guidance, and fostering an open forum of creativity.
4. Presenting creative concepts to Client Services and the Studio Team in a thoughtful and articulate manner.
5. Delivering presentations to clients and roadmap explanations to clients.
6. Taking a leading role in the delivery of projects, ensuring brand consistency and working with different departments to maintain a consistently high output.
