KEY RESPOSIBILITES

- Responsible for the constant fire surveillance of the ship
- Co-operate with the Safety Officer for the maintenance and cleanliness of fire fighting equipment
- Work in co-operation preparing all means of access on board (ladders, gangways, etc.) respecting all injury prevention rules related to them
- Understanding methods and procedures for the maintenance of fire fighting equipment and structural devices

QUALIFICATIONS

- Responsible for the constant fire surveillance of the ship. Co-operate with the Safety Officer for the maintenance and cleanliness of fire fighting equipment
- Know, understand and implement the Company Policy in respect of the ISM (International Safety management)
- Sufficient knowledge in fire fighting techniques and injury prevention
- Sufficient knowledge in maintenance, techniques and seamanship
- Knowledge of International, National and Company regulations regarding safety on
- Advanced Fire Fighting Training Certification
- Physically fit and healthy
