Key Responsibilities:

- Trade Execution: Execute trades in equity derivatives markets with precision and efficiency, managing orders to optimize profitability.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and company fundamentals to inform trading strategies and identify opportunities.
- Risk Management: Monitor and manage risk exposure associated with trading activities, implementing strategies to mitigate potential losses while maximizing returns.
- Strategy Development: Develop and refine trading strategies for equity derivatives, including options, futures, and other financial instruments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with quantitative analysts, researchers, and other traders to share insights, develop new strategies, and improve overall trading performance.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain detailed records of trading activity, performance metrics, and risk assessments; prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; a Masters Degree or professional certification (CFA, CMT) is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of trading experience in equities derivatives or a related field, with a proven track record of successful trading performance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in trading platforms and tools; strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial data and make quick decisions.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of equity derivatives products, market mechanics, and trading strategies.
- Risk Management: Strong skills in risk assessment and mitigation techniques, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
