This role is to run one of the largest FMCG accounts. You will be the central point of contact between the client team and all internal dentsu centers of excellence (Content, Social, Influencer, TTL). At dentsu we call this role a "super suit". You need a wide range of experience from management of large ATL campaigns to managing day-to-day digital content and online product pages. Campaign tracking and reporting is key on this account.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the team in managing strategic planning and creative relating to all communication disciplines in an integrated fashion, being a central voice with partner agencies.
2. Driving and contributing towards the long-term business strategy of the agency on specific client portfolio.
3. Set key account plan for the portfolio and actively drive this as added value to the client.
4. Develop and maintain harmonious working relationships both internally and with the client.
5. Growth of revenue and the ability to unearth new revenue streams.
6. Management of monthly retainer hours.
7. Lead the resolution of issues from day-to-day to big picture challenges.
8. Ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations to a large audience.
9. Manage, guide and support an Account Manager on the portfolio.
