Group Reporting Specialist

A prominent, trusted name in financial services is currently looking Group Reporting Specialist to permanently join their finance team. The main focus of this role is to ensure accurate financial reporting and consolidation in compliance with IFRS standards for the group.
Duties:
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards (IFRS 10, IFRS 7, and IFRS 17).
- Review and interpret financial instruments, ensuring alignment with regulatory and accounting standards.
- Perform consolidation processes and generate group-level financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide meaningful financial insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving financial reporting standards and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified CA(SA) with 13 years of post-qualification experience.
- Financial services industry experience is essential.
- Proficiency in IFRS 10, IFRS 7, and IFRS 17, with a strong background in analyzing financial instruments and consolidating financial statements.
