Key Responsibilities:

- Looking for and acquiring bookings and sales for the Hotel
- Handle reservation inquiries and bookings efficiently and professionally.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations to meet sales targets.
- Provide detailed information about room rates, special packages, and hotel facilities.
- Manage and update reservation systems accurately.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
- Upsell additional services and room upgrades to maximize revenue.
- Meeting and surpassing sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Extensive ability and experience in sales
- Previous experience in hotel reservations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office.
- Ability to hit sales targets
