Factory Administrator

Hire Resolve is excited to announce an opportunity for a Factory Administrator position on behalf of our valued client, a reputable packaging company. If you have strong administrative skills, experience in managing factory operations, and a passion for ensuring smooth day-to-day processes, this role is perfect for you. Join a dynamic team where your expertise will contribute to the efficient and organized functioning of a fast-paced packaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and track training schedules, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Generate and maintain various reports for management.
- Assist in stock-taking and contribute to maintaining proper housekeeping standards.
- Help coordinate employee medicals and handle associated paperwork.
- Assist in processing wages and managing employee leave schedules.
- Support the management of PPE and assist with Health & Safety (H&S) documentation and procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth factory operations.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Willingness to work in a factory setting, including compliance with PPE requirements (e.g., hairnets).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent attention to detail.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience (experience in a manufacturing setting is an advantage).
- Minimum of a post-matric qualification (a degree is a plus).
