Recruitment consultant

As a Technical Recruitment consultant, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top sales talent with a technical focus. Youll work closely with stakeholders to understand their technical needs, engage qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage top sales candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Business development: Have the ability to build your desk by getting new business
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, assess technical and sales skills, and schedule in-depth interviews with hiring teams.
- Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define requirements, develop hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates to fill current and future technical sales roles.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and suggest improvements to recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Skills: Proven sourcing abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in recruitment software/ATS systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technical sales (e.g., software, hardware, engineering) and a strong understanding of what makes successful technical sales professionals.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and achieve recruitment targets.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving needs.
