Duties:
Front Office Management:

- Answer and route telephone calls efficiently and professionally.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.

Administrative Duties:

- Oversee the full lifecycle of stationery and grocery management, from obtaining quotes to disbursement.
- Draft letters and basic correspondence as required.
- Manage gate and intercom operations to control access to the premises.

Support to Bed and Breakfast:

- Coordinate maintenance tasks and other needs.
- Manage invoicing for room bookings and tenants.

Other Duties:

- Provide ad hoc administrative support as directed by the Financial Manager.

- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Requirements:
· Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
· Familiarity with basic office equipment (telephone systems, printers)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Basic computer literacy (MS Office applications such as Word and Excel).
· Attention to detail.
· Professional demeanour and appearance.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must have a valid drivers license.
· Own reliable transport will be an added advantage.
· Residing within a 20km radius from the company Modderfontein, JHB.
