Role and responsibilities:

- Ensure sufficient raw and packing materials are procured to meet expected production demand.
- Ensure daily production planning to meet customer requirements and communicate shortages to relevant parties.
- Demand Planning done accurately to ensure that correct product and packaging available for loading. Model stock Managed for Maize and Diverse stock.
- Ensure all vehicles are optimally routed.
- Deliver a flexible, reliable, and efficient inter-company transport service for inbound and outbound deliveries by utilizing the routing program to optimize all requirements while considering operational constraints and service level commitments
- Managing and planning the inventory supply to meet customer demand
- Optimize transport routing to minimize travel time and distance, maximize vehicle utilization, and account for all relevant constraints and variables
- Intercompany ordering on materials to be planned and executed in time.
- Generating pick slips in time prior to loading for fast and effective turn-around time of vehicles.
- Open communication to all stakeholders on requirements for the day.
