Country House Curator

Key Responsibilities:

- Curate and maintain immaculate guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring they reflect the retreats luxury ethos.
- Lead, coach, and develop the housekeeping team to consistently achieve 5-star service standards.
- Collaborate with design and maintenance teams to enhance the aesthetic appeal of all spaces.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination with the Front Office and efficient room readiness.
- Continuously monitor and improve housekeeping procedures to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Manage the housekeeping budget, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure sustainable operations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar luxury environment.
- A strong understanding of 5-star and Preferred Hotels LVX standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a flair for interior aesthetics.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- A track record of managing budgets and controlling costs without compromising quality.
- A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Valid Drivers license (preferably with PDP) & own vehicle.
