Admin and Finance Clerk

Hire Resolve is currently seeking an Admin and Finance Clerk to join our client's team in Mbombela. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to the efficient functioning of financial and administrative processes within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and contribute to budget management.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, especially during peak seasons.
- Process invoices, monitor accounts payable/receivable, and assist with financial reconciliations.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in finance or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or finance role preferred.
- Proficiency in Pastel accounting software is advantageous.
- Good physical health and the ability to walk around the factory premises for stock counting and other tasks.
- Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
