Purpose of the job: You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the analytical laboratory. You will be responsible for receiving, logging, and dispatching samples according to strict standard operating procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Previous experience in a lab setting preferred
7. Tertiary qualification in Quality, Food or related advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receive and log samples accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that all samples are properly labeled and stored.
- Receive and dispatch packages as required.
- Maintain detailed records of all samples.
- Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures.
